Utahloy Education Foundation Ltd (UEF) is an education company with corporate social responsibilities supported by Guangzhou Municipal Government and the Guangzhou University to provide international education for expatriate families working in China. In 1998, UEF established its first school - Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG). In 2003, in view of the growing need for high quality international education in the Pearl River Delta, UEF opened another international school with boarding facilities in Zeng Cheng (UISZ).
The schools have been awarded "International Baccalaureate (IB) World School" status and are authorised to deliver the IB programmes for the Diploma programme (DP), the Primary Years programme (PYP) and the Middle Years programme (MYP). Both schools have received accreditation from Council of International Schools (CIS), Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the National Centre for Curriculum and Textbook Development (NCCT).
